Abstract

Usefulness of pipe production is to drain the oil content and gas to the surface. If the size of the production pipeline used inappropriately it will be a negative impact. If the size is too big then the production pipe production pipeline will be rapidly destroyed by the onset of corrosion problems. But if the pipe size is too small then the production will accelerate the formation damage on the production wells. In evaluating the use of the right size pipe production should use the Inflow Performance Relationship curve analysis, pressure traverse curves and nodal system analysis. The results of this analysis can be combined to obtain the appropriate size of pipe production. The results of analysis of the optimal production rate at production wells Y-19, W-92 and HD-91 by 1223.72 bfpd, bfpd 5494.136, and 1562.784 bfpd. To achieve or approach results in any such production wells at the Y-19 wells of 1200 Bfpd, wells W-92 by 4300 Bfpd, and HD-91 by 1300 Bfpd then have to replace the production of the corresponding pipe size using the nodal system analysis of the size 3 in (ID) for the Y-19 wells and the size 4 in (ID) for wells W-92 and HD-91. The conclusion that can be drawn is that if production wells allowing for Y-19 should be replaced with a size 3 in (ID) and for the production wells W-92 and HD-91 should be replaced with production 4in pipe sizes (ID) due to Y-19 wells will scale and corrosion occurs because of the size of the pipes used are too large and for wells W-92 and HD-91 will accelerate the formation damage (formation damage) caused by mud and sand that participate will be produced many fall back and cover the pores of the productive layer.
