Abstract

This study aim analyzes the accelerated completion duration of the Granola Housing of PT. Forkont Satria Nusantara, Palembang with crash program and fast track methods on the critical path that is sought using Critical Path Method (CPM), is then formulated in the linear program. where on crash program method using the alternative of adding four hours of work hours and implementing the system shift work. The results are known to the total cost of the project using the crash program method with the alternative of adding four hours of work which is IDR519,255,022 with accelerated duration of 35 days or more expensive 5.72% of the project cost in normal conditions.Whereas the total cost in alternative system implementation shift work using the crash program method namely IDR533,556,616 with an accelerated duration of 63 days or 8.64% more expensive than the project cost under normal conditions. Total cost using the fast track method has increase in indirect costs of IDR511,472,470 with accelerated duration of 63 daysor 4.15% more expensive than the project cost under normal conditions.
