Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on job satisfaction of members of the Intelligence and Security Unit at the North Lampung Police. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method and used primary data by taking a sample of 52 people from members of the Intelligence and Security Unit at the North Lampung Police. The data collection method used in this study was through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in members of the Intelligence Unit at the Lampung Police.
