Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine planning and controlling supply antibiotic drugs in Puskesmas Sukajadi Banyuasin as an object research. This research, is expected to know weakness of the system planning and control applied by a technical unit Puskesmas Sukajadi, so as to done repairs that is required in the future. This research result indicates that of Puskesmas Sukajadi have done firms operational activities by procedures that is. But not planning system to be effectively implemented. Can be seen of matters and excess supplies of drugs that occurred. This is of Puskesmas Sukajadi do not have a proper method supplies. Control supplies and been done quite well. For advances in unit of technical management of Puskesmas Sukajadi calls for a requirement calculation drugs by an arizona grand a buildup in inventories can to guarantee that it is a lack of and excess that occurs this problem. And in connection with the management control system is also expected of Puskesmas Sukajadi have to continued to be conducted in the best manner.
