Abstract

Mining business activities often cause environmental damage, causing environmental degradation in the form of ecosystem damage which further threatens and endangers human survival itself. PT. Cement Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. is one of the companies engaged in the mining business of industrial minerals. The total area of mining business license owned by PT. Cement Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. in quarry limestone with an area of 797.43 hectares. By 2018 the mine completed land located in block D, E, F has an area of 8.5 hectares, the planned reclamation activity is expected to be used as a reference in carrying out reclamation activities. Assessment of the success of reclamation at the mine site is done in accordance with the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 7 of 2014. The reclamation activity plan that will be carried out on the finished floor of the mine with the final height of the 30 mdpl quarry mining located on the D, E, F block with the area of 8.5 hectares is ready to be carried out the activity of spreading the land of the burning zone or the spreading top soil. In the previous year's reclamation plan document made by the company on every 1 hectare of land to be reclaimed with a thickness 0.3 m then the number of soil needs on each hectare is 3,000 m3. In 2018 the area to be reclaimed is 8.5 hectares then the need soils volume of 25,500 m3. The spreading top soil activity start from March 2018 and is targeted to be completed by the end of August 2018. Equipment used in spreading top soil activity is 1 unit of digging tool - load backhoe komatsu PC200 LC - 8 with productivity 201,96 BCM / Hour can finish in 126.6 hours or one month and combined with 8 units of dumptruck UD Quester has a productivity of 208.39 BCM / Hour, and 1 unit of Komatsu bulldozer D85ESS - 2 has a productivity of 44.98 BCM / Hour Plan of drainage dimension that will be made is trapezoidal form based on surface water debit calculation (Q) that is 0,16 m3 / sec obtained from rainfall data processing for 10 year that is year 2008 until 2017 so that known rainfall 5 year re-period plan and rainfall intensity. Drainage dimension using the manning formula, it was found that the drainage channel dimension was planned ie the channel bottom width (B) 0.75 m, the channel depth (h) 0.50 m, the guard height (F) 0.125 m, the channel height (H) 0.625 m and the surface width of the channel (L) 1.25 m.. xi Plan of revegetation activity is with the type of teak plant as many as 1320 stems and 330 stems of the forest in one hectare with a spacing of 2 x 3 m so that for 8.5 hectares of teak and jungle as much as 14,025 stems. The calculation of reclamation costs based on the sum of direct cost is the cost of spreading top soil and revegetation of Rp. 2,178,166,537.5 and indirect costs of equipment mobilization cost, reclamation planning cost, contractor profit fee and supervision fee of Rp. 583,748,663.4 so that the reclamation cost plan in 2018 with an area of 8.5 hectares with Total Cost Rp. 2,761,915,200.9
