Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture and achievement motivation to researcher’s performance on agriculture sector in South Sumatera. Data were collected through census method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaires were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partially, organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance and the achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance. Simultaneously, the organizational culture and the achievement motivation have positive and significant impact on performance. For further researcher’s, it is advisable to add compensation, leadership, job stress and commitment.
