Abstract
This research aims to produce assessment instruments subject area of ICT that valid and practical in learning outcomes. The method used in this study is the development of research. There are three stages in this research: needs analysis, which at this stage the researchers conducted a needs analysis assessment instruments. Design, at this stage the researchers conducted the design and development of a test program in two forms namely paper base and the computer base. Last evaluation, which at this stage the medium of test validation is done by way of self-evaluation by peers and validated by expert reviews. The result of the validation assessed 87%, which means it has reached validity. From the results of the prototype that has been repaired in the field test to determine the practicality of using these assessment instruments, and the result was 89% that have practicality and potential effects of the evaluation study by assessment instruments 89%.
