Abstract

Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang sangat substansial dalam menentukan profitabilitas dalam suatu pekerjaan. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi terdapat suatu kelompok pekerja tukang besi. Faktor penting untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja suatu proyek dengan mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dan efektifitas tenaga kerja dalam proyek Rumah Sakit Bunda Demang Lebar Daun Palembang. Secara sederhana waktu kerja efektif adalah waktu kerja efektif yang digunakan untuk bekerja tukang dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas didefinisikan sebagai rasio antara input dan output. Penelitian dengan membandingkan waktu kerja riil di lapangan dengan waktu kerja teoritis yang di hitung berdasarkan jam kerja proyek. Selanjutnya waktu kerja riil dihitung efektivitasnya terhadap waktu kerja teoritis untuk tiap tukang. Perbandingan juga dilakukan untuk efektivitas waktu kerja tiap tukang. Sehingga dapat di peroleh efektivitas waktu kerja per tiap tukang dan tingkat produktivitas pekerja. Sedangkan, pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode peungukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja dan perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menganalisa tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja serta pengaruhnya terhadap proyek.
