Abstract

Dealing with the development of School Based Management (SBM) through the "Model Based Management Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) with the Plan, Do, Study and Act (PDSA), yet many who knew it, especially principals and teachers. This development model is believed to correlate with increased SBM process and the quality of schools. Therefore, the development of SBS with "Model-Based Management Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) with a Plan, Do, Study and Act (PDSA)" with the aim of improving the implementation of quality SBS is very important and needed by schools ranging from primary school to secondary school, although at present the author only limited to the junior high school. Generally, this study aims: (1) develop and implement the SBM with the "Model Management CQI to PDSA", (2) evaluate and revise the concept of SBM is implemented, (3) to produce guidelines for the implementation of SBM using a model of development CQI with PDSA in each Junior High School. (4) The results of this researchis to create "Model-Based Management Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) with a Plan, Do, Study and Act (PDSA)" and produce guidelines for the implementation of CQI-based SBM with the PDSA.
