Abstract

The source of water is one of the main components of a water supply system, because without water, a water supply system will not work. Basicalty the water supply system is taken from the source of raw water and treated at a water treatment installation which is then distributed to consumers. Clean water treatment of Water Treatment Installation Tirta Bukit Sulap must meet the standards and criteria for planning conception Water Treatment Installation which includes: an analysis of raw water quality, the type of processing and configuration, technical quality planning (process aspects and aspects of hydraulics), water demand required by customers. The five conceptions above are very important to develop and evaluate the Water Treatment Installation, especially to evaluate the performance of the water treatment installation. In evaluating the performance of clean water installation, there are 3 important factors that must be taken into account: 1). Installation of Hydraulic Performance Evaluation of existing clean water. 2). Evaluation of the needs of domestic and non-domestic customers for a period 5 years and now. 3). Level of customer satisfaction with the performance of PDAM Tirta Bukit Sulap unit. Based on hydraulics calculations, processing units used include: coagulatin unit, Flokulation unit, Sedimentation Unit, Filtration unit, in terms of both size and shape that have met specified criteria. With slow capacity 160L/detik, Water Treatment Instalation Tirta Bukit Sulap can fulfyll for Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Barat I and II in the next 5 years.
