Abstract

This study emphasizes the design and construction of web-based course monitoring system in the Faculty of Computer Science Sriwijaya University to optimize the process of monitoring the course. Design, construction and testing process of the systems include applications, databases, networks and interfaces to support the process of monitoring the optimal course. The course monitoring system in the Faculty of Computer Science Sriwijaya University include process management for syllabus, SAP, the presence of a lecturer as well as monitoring compliance with the SAP, syllabus and lectures by the Department and subsequently performed process monitoring results reporting to the Dean.
