Abstract

Now it is easier for the public to make non-cash payment transactions using digital wallets, one of which is the DANA application. However, in reviews on the App Store, some DANA application users complained that the transaction process was complicated and slow when running the application. In order to discover the stage of satisfaction of application users in order to improve the performance of the DANA application. Evaluation of the user experience was carried out by applying the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with the sample in this study being people who live in Palembang City who use the DANA application. The result shows that the average SUS score for the DANA application is 62.08 which is classified as grade C which indicates a good application, and has a low acceptable level. This is influenced by the small rating of respondents in statement three on the questionnaire stated that the DANA application was easy to use, and there were respondents who answered that there were several routes that did not work instantly and were less efficient, and felt they did not understand how to use the features in the application. So that the DANA application needs to improve the function of the application usage route and make the appearance of application features easier to understand to increase the level of user satisfaction.
