Abstract

At the moment the world construction has been growing rapidly, advances in technology allow for a lot of new construction materials that can be created. It also allows the development of construction materials that already exist. On this research will be used i. e. a type of foaming agent Chemicals if in the mix with water will generate stable foam and can produce a more lighhveight mortar for wali panels. On this research will be discussed on the influence of addition offly ash and foam in a mortar towards intense press, speci/ic gravity and absorption of water by fly ash composition comparison of variation and the foam volume constant. Stages in the research include the study of literature. preparation of materials, material testing, testing testing object creation object test and analysis results. The results of laboratory testing shows that the age of 14 days, testing the composition of a mixture of J : 0: 0, 1: 1: 10%, and a 1: 1: 15% for strong achievement Baturaja foam mortar hit consecutive 100%, 25.95%, 35.42% and achieving 100% specific gravity, 78.98%, 82.80% as well as the addition of moisture absorption rate 0.Q%, 63.85% and 89%. Mortar for foam Gutter Hall at the age of 14 days of strong achievement testing press successively 40.92%, 100/o, 54.82% and achieving 100% specific gravity, 56.21%, 61.69% as well as the addition of moisture absorption rate 0.0%, 60.27%, andto 33.31%.
