Abstract

Vehicle scheduling is a process to regulate the vehicle to the trip set which come from departure timetable to minimize the operational cost. This research used Auction algorithm to schedule the public transportation. Auction algorithm can be used for scheduling BRT Trans Musi corridor Pusri – PS Mall by regarding the refueling schedule. The result shows that the average time for corridor Pusri-PS Mall is 40 minutes and PS Mall-Pusri is 45 minutes. Each corridor is operated by each vehicle such that there are 108 trips. Based on the calculation of corridor Pusri – PS Mall the total of operational cost for one trip in a day is Rp 7.241.040,00.
