Abstract

Economic growth, often attributed as an important mechanism to encourage the expansion of employment opportunities in order to cope with unemployment. Increase the economic growth opportunities for all types of businesses to create jobs. Economic growth in developing countries is concentrated in the primary production sector. This is due in a developing country productions factors land and labor are relatively much that spur the economic growth. This paper aims to analyze the effect of capital capital and human capital to economic growth based on the disaggregation of the agricultural and non-agricultural sector in Indonesia. This research is hist. The data esed in this study is a data sequential time (Times Series) in the period 1990-2009. Models using multiple linear regression analysis. Estimation method using the least squares method. Processing data using SAS-ETS Program 9.1. the result showed Enhancing the Value of National Production agriculture and non-agricultural sectors is influenced by sectoral investments rather than increase labor demand sectoral educated and uneducated.
