The results of the regression test showed work area, supervisor, incident reporting frequency, number of incident reports, length of work in the hospital, length of work in the unit, length of the profession, and staff position showed a relationship with patient safety culture with a value (p-value <0.05 ). There are four variables that are most dominantly related to patient safety culture, namely the number of incident reports, length of service in the hospital, frequency of incident reporting, and supervisors. Conclusion: The implementation of patient safety culture at the Central Bangka Regional General Hospital was in the moderate category with the dominant factor being the number of incident reports.
