Abstract
The objectives of this research are : 1) to describe the impact of the presence of PT. Rusli Taher on farmer's behavior and 2) to measure the behavior of rubber farmer In Seri Dalam Sub District Tanjung Raja Ogan Ilir. The research was ipplemented in Seri Dalam Sub District Tanjung raja Ogan Ilir in March 2011. In this research used a case-srudy methods. The samppling method in this study were calculated using simple random sampling that is self-supporting farmers from araund the rubber farmer in seri Dalam, total 69 people who were randomly selected farmers as much as 30 farmer which viewed from the old rubber plant has reached > or = 10 yeard. The result showed thet behavioral self-help rubber farmer are high criteria with an average score is 110.96. And knowledge and the criterion being the average score is 34.86. The results showed that the presence of PT. Rusli Taher effect on employment, knowledge, economic and self-suuprting farmer's income levels of rubber farmer in Seri Dalam Sub District Tanjung Raja Ogan Ilir.
