Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of Trichoderma sp. produced by waste materials with various concentrations in suppressing seedling diseases (damping off) in chili. Substrates used in this study were the KDS (coconut dregs +bran + sawdust) and KDT ( coconut dregs + bran + bunches of palm oil). Tests conducted with three replication with the number of plants in each treatment that is 10 plants. While Results showed granting Trichoderma trearment with various concentration of the reproduced with different substrates proved to be effective in suppressing the pre-Emergence damping-off ranged from 53.29 to 96.41%, post- Emergence damping-off which is perfect between 87.50-100%, the incidence of disease is between 62.50 to 95.83%, and the severity of the disease that is from 60.66 to 97.54%. Application of Trichoderma sp. with various concentrations were not significantly different among the concentration tested.
