Abstract

This research is entitled "Development of Android-Based Interactive Learning Media Using Smart Apps Creator Material on the Role of Characters Around the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya". This research was conducted in class XI IPA 3 of Indralaya 1 Public High School. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. This study aims to develop interactive learning media that are valid and have an impact on effectiveness. The validity of interactive learning media is based on the results of the validation performed on experts, namely material experts, language experts, and media experts. The results of material validation were 4.78, linguists 3.78 and media experts 4.57 with very valid categories. Then in the learning outcomes of students, it was obtained an increase in learning outcomes using interactive learning media based on Android, namely 53.3% with an N-gain value of 0.90 in the very good category. This shows that Android-based interactive learning media using Smart Apps Creator material on the role of figures around the proclamation of independence is valid and effective.
