Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Tuberculosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia. Pada tahun 2021, diperkirakan 10,6 juta orang terserang tuberkulosis (TB) di seluruh dunia dengan jumlah kematian mencapai 1,6 juta orang (termasuk 187.000 orang dengan HIV). Tujuan : Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dengan kejadian Tuberculosis (TB) Paru di berbagai negara Metode: Literature review Tuberculosis and Risk Factors and Environmental) Hasil: Hasil ekstraksi data dari search engine Google Scholar, Science Direct dan PubMed terdapat VW jurnal dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Simpulan: Berdasarkan dari hasil tinjauan literatur yang telah di lakukan di temukan berbagai macam faktor lingkungan yang berkaitan dengan TB Paru diantaranya faktor lingkungan rumah dan faktor meteorologi. Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is one of the main causes of death worldwide. By 2021, an estimated 10.6 million people will be diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) worldwide, with an estimated 1.6 million deaths (including 187,000 people living with HIV). Purpose: This study aims to look at the relationship between environmental factors and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in various countries. Methods: This literature review describes all articles identified from online databases using a systematic search strategy through Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed databases with keywords (Tuberculosis and Risk Factors, and Environmental). Results: The results of data extraction from search engines Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed, 32 journals were selected based on inclusion criteria. Conclusion : Based on the results of the literature review that has been carried out, it is found that various environmental factors related to pulmonary TB include home environmental factors and meteorological factors.
