Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) Describe what factors cause changes in rubber prices in Tebing Suluh Village, Lempuing Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir District. 2) Analyze the effect of changes in rubber prices and the amount of production on the income of rubber farmers in Tebing Suluh Village, Lempuing Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir District. 3) Analyzing the relationship between income and household consumption of rubber farmers in Tebing Suluh Village, Lempuing Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir District. Determination of this location is done intentionally with the research method used survey method. Data collection was carried out in October 2022. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method. Based on the results of the study, there are factors that affect fluctuations in rubber prices and the amount of rubber production. There are also differences in income received when the price of rubber has increased and decreased. The average income of rubber farmers when the price of rubber rose reached Rp. 3,741,344, while when the price fell the average income of rubber farmers amounted to Rp. 2,917,045. The ups and downs of income received by rubber farmers affect household consumption. The higher the income of farmers the higher the consumption made.
