Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To calculate the productivity and income received from each type of amelioran doses used on sweet corn in the research area. (2) To describe the marketing channels and the efficiency of each marketing channel in sweet corn farming in the research area. (3) To analyze the correlation of productivity and marketing efficiency on sweet corn farming income in the research area. This research was carried out at Departement of Agriculture and Food Security in January 2023. The research method used was a action research and survey method and sensus sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study were (1) The sweet corn farming income with high dose amelioran treatment was greater than sweet corn farming income without treatment or sweet corn farming with low and medium dose treatment. (2) The marketing channel 1 was the most efficient channel. (3) The relationship between productivity level and marketing efficiency to income correlated by 0.537 (53.7%) with the sig. F is 0.003 <0.05 which means that the relationship between the level of productivity and marketing efficiency to income has a significant relationship.
