Abstract
The aim of this research were to describe the empowerment level of plasma farmers PIR Trans palm oil and to count the farmer income in Palm oil farming. This research was conducted by using survey method to 30 plasma farmers as respondent. The research location was determined by purposive. The collecting data was by primer and secondary data. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The empowerment level of plasma farmers PIR trans palm oil was measured by score and the income formula to count the farmer?s income in Palm oil farming. The result of this research showed that the empowerment level was measured by farmer capability, farmer institutionalization, farmer economy position. The empowerment level of plasma farmers PIR trans palm oil was medium, it showed 12,10. The average of farmer?s income is Rp.13.419.403,57/year/area, the average of the production palm oil was 20.053,57 kg/area/year.
