Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan penurunan hasil dari produksi padi pada saat musim tanam pertama (MT1), untuk mengkaji sistem pengelolaan air pada musim tanam pertama (MT1) terhadap kondisi muka air tanah, untuk mengkaji pengaruh kondisi muka air tanah dan saluran terhadap produksi usahatani pada musim tanam pertama (MT1), serta untuk Untuk menentukan karakteristik sifat fisik tanah untuk usaha tani pada musim tanam pertama (MT1) di lahan pasang surut tipologi C P8 - 2S Desa Salek Agung. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan dengan luas areal penelitian yang terletak di P8 - 2S Desa Salek Agung seluas 16 Ha. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan jaringan tata kelola air di lokasi penelitian, pengukuran muka air saluran selama musim tanam pertama (MT1) periode November 2022 - Januari 2023 menggunakan papan piscal, pengukuran muka air tanah selama musim tanam pertama (MT1) menggunakan pipa wells, pengambilan sampel 2 sebanyak tiga titik yang akan dianalisis di laboratorium diantaranya BD, RPT tanah, Permeabilitas, Tekstur tanah. Hasil penelitian di laboratorium didapatkan ketiga tekstur yang sama yaitu lempung. Permeabilitas tertinggi 0,92 cm/menit, terendah 0,42 cm/menit. Ruang pori total tertinggi 0,68 %, terendah 0,62 % dan BD tertinggi 0,98 g cm3 , terendah 0,85 g cm3 . Hasil produksi padi tertinggi berada pada lahan nomor enam dengan hasil sebanyak 8 ton gabah kering giling (GKG) dan hasil produksi padi terendah berada pada lahan nomor satu dengan hasil sebanyak 6 ton gabah kering giling (GKG). Selain itu pengelolaan jaringan tata air di tingkat saluran tersier sangat dibutuhkan karena berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan air tanaman padi musim tanam pertama (MT1) pada lahan pasang surut tipologi C.
