Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui literasi digital dan intensi untuk mengadopsi e-government pada pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use sebagai variabel intervening yang mempengaruhi niat seseorang untuk mengadopsi atau tidak secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan pendekatan simple random sampling dan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert. Adapun hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa literasi digital tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap intensi mengadopsi e-government, literasi digital mempengaruhi perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap intensi mengadopsi e-government. Literasi digital mempengaruhi intensi mengadopsi e-government melalui perceived usefulness. Literasi digital mempengaruhi perceived ease of use. perceived ease of use mempengaruhi intensi mengadopsi e-government. Literasi digital mempengaruhi intensi mengadopsi e-government melalui perceived ease of use.
