Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran hukum peserta didik SMA Setia Darma terhadap Permendikbud Nomor 64 Tahun 2015 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Lingkungan Sekolah. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuanitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability sampling tipe Sampel jenuh atau sampel sensus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentsi dan kuisioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 94 oramg yang sekaligus menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang tinggi terhadap Permendikbud Nomor 64 Tahun 2015 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok di Lingkungan Sekolah dengan memilki hubungan korelasi yang positif serta dengan kategori yang kuat. Terbukti dari 39 (41,489%) peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang tinggi, sejumlah 38 (40,426%) peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang sedang, dan sejumlah 17 (18,085%) peserta didik yang memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang rendah.
