Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengoptimalan lokasi Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) sampah di Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang. Permasalahan diselesaikan dengan memformulasikan model Set Covering yang meliputi Set Covering Location Problem (SCLP) dan p-Center Location Problem dan memformulasikan model Two-Stage Robust. Kecamatan Kemuning terdiri dari 6 Kelurahan dan 25 TPS sampah. Berdasarkan formulasi model Set Covering dan model Two-Stage Robust diperoleh 12 lokasi TPS optimal di Kecamatan Kemuning untuk ditempatkan TPS sampah sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan seluruh kelurahan yang ada. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, lokasi yang direkomendasikan sebagai lokasi TPS sampah optimal hasil aplikasi model Two-Stage Robust yaitu TPS Talang Aman, TPS Jalan Basuki Rahmad (Depan Pondok Pindang Burung), TPS Liar Graha 66, TPS Pasar Sekip Ujung, TPS Cambai Agung, dan TPS Kp. Burai (Samping Fakultas Kedokteran). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 6 lokasi TPS sampah yang optimal dengan jarak minimum antara permintaan di Kelurahan Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang sebesar 3.400 meter.
