Abstract

This study examines the problem of placement analysis of Civil State Apparatus especially Civil Servant in District Ilir Timur II City of Palembang which still there are some problem that is mismatch of job type with level of education about placement in East Ilir East II District Office of Palembang. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation process of work performance and the effect of performance with education level in District Ilir East II City of Palembang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The focus of this research is the placement of employees referring to Malayu Hasibuan's theory of job description and job specification with conformity indicator between the main task and the function of position with suitability between education level, age, experience, health and marital status. Data obtained from the primary data is through interviews with the parties associated with this study, as well as secondary data that is data obtained through documentation and written sources associated with the analysis placement of the Civil State Apparatus. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field concluded that the process of placement of the State Civil Apparatus in District Ilir Timur II Palembang not good because there are still employees who are less precise and in accordance with the level of education so that the expected placement of Civil State Apparatus can further achieve each indicator that the measurement the success of a placement process.
