Abstract

Tiger Groper Fish (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) had important economic values because its expensive price and more prospect to be cultivated. Feeds availability was important factor towards fish cultivation succeeded. The aim of this research was to analyze the nutrient content in fish and feeds, and to analyze the fish growth rate. The research was conducted from 10 February up to 20 March 2018 at the laboratory of Balai Besar Pengembangan Budidaya Laut (BBPBL) Lampung. The experimental method on laboratory scale was used in this research. One type of manufactory’s feed was used as control feed and 2 types of independent formulation as feed test. The measurement of water quality was done each 10 days preservation, included temperature measurement, pH, dissolved oxy, amoniac and salinity. The result of this research showed that the growth rate of the three feeds are sequentially from low to high are feed’s B by 27,00 %, feeds’s C by 26,88% and last feed’s A by 28,33%. A good feed on fedd A as the controll by protein retention 41,933%, fat 11,072%, fiber 1,1805 compared to both of feeds with formulation 46 and 48 type of independent feed.
