Abstract

The objective of this research are 1) to calculate all revenue from all owner and labor farmer, 2) to compare from calculated revenue. 3) to measure the standard of living based on revenue comparison. This research was located at Desa Lunas Jaya Kecamatan Tanah Abang. This location picked for a purposive reason. Data used in the research was taken by the range in September and October 2017. Data collections are using survey method and sampling by Disproportional Stratified Random Sampling. Premier and secondary data were used for this research. For example, premier data collected by interview and secondary data are used supporting institution data. Owner farmer revenue average on Rp 25.574.030/hectare/year. And labor farmer revenue average on Rp 15.055.475/hectare/year. This is concluding labor farmer have average revenue smaller than owner farmer. Standard of living for owner farmer is showing the result on not prosperous based on total revenue per family Rp 3.562.554/month and still make a gap Rp 662.615 from the standard of living cost amount Rp 4.225.169. And labor farmer also not prosperous with revenue per family Rp 1.644.347 from Rp 3.599.169/month standard of living cost that making a gap amount 1.954.822.
