This study aims to determmine the role of self-acceptance toward eudaimonic well-being in people with lupus (odapus). The hypothesis of this study is there is a role of self-acceptance toward eudaimonic well-being in people with lupus (odapus). The sampling technique that was used in this study was insidental sampling were people with lupus (odapus) as the population of this study. Both measuring instrument are made by this study researcher, the eudaimonic well-being scale refers to component of eudaimonic well-being from Waterman et al., (2010). The self-acceptance scale refers to self-acceptance aspect from Sheerer (1949). The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The result of the simple linear regression for self-acceptance toward eudaimonic well-being showed that the R square is 0,629, F value 251,318 and the significant value is 0,000 (p<0,05). This shows that self-acceptance has significant role on eudaimonic well-being. Therefore, the hypothesis ini this study can be accepted. The contribution of self-acceptance to eudaimonic well-being is 62,9%
