Abstract

Pra rancangan pabrik pembuatan Proipilen berkapasitas 110.000 ton/tahun direncanakan untuk mengurangi impor bahan baku pabrik downstream. Pabrik Propilen didirikan di daerah Cilegon berdasarkan factor bahan baku, transportasi, lingkungan dan pasar. Perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas dengan struktur organisasi line and staff, dimana pelaksana harian dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama dengan karyawan pabrik sebanyak 215 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik Propilen dinyatakn layak untuk didirikan. Dengan berdasarkan ekonomi berikut: • Investasi = US$ 66.114.536,07 • Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 549.579.210,74 • Biaya produksi pertahun = US$ 476.376.179,44 • Laba bersih pertahun = US$ 54.902.273,47 • Pay Out Time = 2 tahun • Rate of Return on Investment = 83,04% • Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 50% • Break Even Point = 36,97% • Service Life = 11 tahun
