Abstract
This research was done to study dynamics level of farmer group, group member behaviour on agriculture activities, group member income on swamp rice work and the effect of farmer group dynamic on behaviour and IR42 swamp rice income. Case study methods were used in this research to obtain data on effect of farmer group dynamics on behaviour and IR42 swamp rice income from four group farmer which are Tunas Madia group, Tribakti group, Terpadu group and Maju Jaya group. Seven farmer from each group were act as research sample and it become 28 farmer as whole sample. the result shows that group farmer dynamics were categorized high dynamics which scored each. Tani Terpadu group 25,68, Maju Jaya group 30,65, Tri Bakti 31,93 and Terpadu 31,76. This means that farmer group in Kelurahan Gandus are active and its effectiveness were obtained. Behavioural level in farmer group of Kelurahan Gandus are categorized high too. Their score were 56,7 for Tunas Madia group 58,35 Tani Terpadu group. 56,45 Tri Bakti group, Maju Jaya 58,58 and it makes all score for all group are 57,52. It means farmer sample doing their agriculture activities as agriculture trainer told them to. And rate of income of farmer are Rp.5.520.135,714 this categorized high income. Analytic quantitatives show that there are effect on farmer group dynamics to behavioural and income.
