Abstract
This research is to find out influence and relationship of human resources who are qualified and profesional to labour?s productivity at PT. Pertamina (Persero), PT.Pusri (Persero), PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) dan PT. Pembangkit Linstrik Negara (Persero), in additional to this research was directed to evaluate which variables dominantly affected of the labour?s productivity. This data in the research was primarely data with 118 questionare respondents. The analysismethod is used the Multiple Regresion Analysis. The analysis results showed that human resources qualified an profesional partially were not significantly affected of labour?s productivityat at PT. Pertaminan (Persero), and PT.Pusri (Persero), while at PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) dan PT. PLN (Persero),the analysis results denoted that human resources qualified and profesional partly were significantly affected.
