Abstract

Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a tool used to determine the hazards and their impact on health in the workplace by conducting hazard identification, exposure assessment, risk assessment, and control. Manufacture of knock down houses in Tanjung Batu Seberang village has a variety of hazards and has a high enough exposure that needs to be done health risk assessment. The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of occupational health risks in the manufacture of knock down houses in Tanjung Batu Seberang Ogan Ilir. This research was descriptive survey research with the observational approach used Walk-Through Survey technique. The Walk Through Survey result is made a checklist, then analyzed in Hazard Rating matrix, Exposure Rating matrix, Risk Matrix which is compiled by Shell and developed in Risk Manageability Matrix (Boston Square). The result of this research is hazard potential with the highest risk is Chemical Factor in the form of Wood Dust (Dust). Based on the results of the study is expected business owners provide personal protective equipment for workers, especially workers who do shrinkage and wood profiles.
