Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style to the employees performance in PT. Indograha. The population on this research took all of the employees of PT. Indograha which is 250 employees. This study uses stratified random sampling technique and sampling technique from this research using slovin technique sampling, therefore the sample of this research are 71 employees at PT. Indograha. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distribute questionnaries and method of analysis used simple regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of leadership style is significantly effected to the performance of the employees in PT. Indograha. The suggestion that could both affect and increase the performance of the employee in PT. Indograha.
