Abstract
This research was motivated by the rise of increase in of the users health occurring In the Emergency Room of Indralaya Local Government Clinic. This research has Purpose to get information related to the quality service of Indralaya Local Government Clinik – Ogan Ilir trough the patients of Emergency Room by using descriptive research. Type of data that used are pruner and secondary data with interview, observation and documentation as the lechmque of collecting the data. This research used "Levinne Theory:, which is Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. Related to the result Of the research in freld, , it can be concluded that Quality Services of Patzents in Emergency Room of Indralaya Local Governmenl Clinic Ogan Ilir is not compatible yet w;fh accompflshmenl of Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability characteristics. The problem is the lack of Human Resources such as doctor, facilities, i71frastructures, services and condition of the rooms which are less comfortable. Emergency Room of Indralaya Local Governmenl Clmic have to repair the facilities and infrastructures for creating the good quality services.
