Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work motivation to the employee’s performance of Cv.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. The population in this research are 40 respondents from all employees of Cv.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. by census method . The technique used to collect data is questionnaire technique by giving the questionaires to the respondents and the analyses technique used is simple regression analysis. The result showed that the working motivation has a significant effect to the Cv.Raja Agung Lubuk Linggau. The suggestions given to increase work motivation are to evaluate the work result o employee’s perfomance , payroll or bonus, and give awards or appreciation to the employee’s.
