Abstract

Meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk menyebabkan meningkatnya timbulan sampah yang ditampung dan diangkut oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP).Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting pola pengangkutan sampah, menganalisis kebutuhan alat angkut sampah hingga 5 tahun kedepan, dan biaya operasional alat angkut sampah. Dari hasil analisis aktivitas pengangkutan sampah didapatkan waktu rata-rata untuk pengangkutan dalam satu kali ritasi per hari dengan armroll truck adalah 1,305 jam/hari dan jumlah ritasi rata-rata per hari sebanyak 6,6 atau 7 ritasi per hari, untuk dump truck didapatkan waktu rata-rata untuk pengangkutan dalam satu kali ritasi per hari adalah 4,91 jam/hari dan jumlah ritasi rata-rata sebanyak 2 ritasi/hari.. Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan alat angkut sampah pada tahun 2019 didapatkan proyeksi timbulan sampah sebesar 388,14 m3/hari dengan penambahan alat angkut sampah sebanyak 9 unit untuk kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar, sedangkan pada tahun 2024 proyeksi timbulan sampah yang didapatkan sebesar 469,07 m3/hari untuk penambahan alat angkut sampah sebanyak 12 unit. Dan untuk BOK pada armroll sebesar 13.468,3 m3/hari, sedangkan untuk dump truck sebesar 21.501,2 m3/hari. Dari hasil analisis dapat dilihat bahwa nilai efektifitas yang lebih besar adalah sistem HCS.
