Abstract
Analisis Pendapatan Petani Padi Dan Nilai Ganti Rugi Pembebasan Lahan Sawah Petani Pada Pembangunan Jalan Tol Kapal Betung Sesi II Di Desa Sungai Rasau Analysis Farmers Income And Change Values Of Farmers Land On Session II Toll Road Kapal Betung Construction In The Sungai Rasau Village Narendra Waskito Mukti^1, Yunita^2, Elly Rosana^3 Progam Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya, Jalan Palembang-Prabumulih Km. 32 Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The construction of the Kapal Betung Toll Road which requires the project land acquisition to have an impact on the farming community in the Sungai Rasau Village whose land is affected by land conversion into toll roads. Therefore the purpose of this study is 1) To analyze farmer's income (household income) before and after land acquisition for session II betung ship toll road in the village of Sungai rasau, Pemulutan sub-district. 2) To find out the comparison of theoretical compensation value based on NGRL (Land compensation value) received by farmers and practical compensation value based on NJOP (Tax Object Selling Value) is actually on the construction of session II betung toll road in Sungai rasau village, Pemulutan sub-district. 3) To compare the value of land expectation for the next 30 years and Land Compensation Value (NGRL) in Sungai rasau village, Pemulutan sub-district. The results of this study are 1) Average income of rice farmers in Sungai Rasau Village prior to the land acquisition for the construction of Kapal Betung Toll Road Session II was Rp 8,923,831 and there was an increase in average income after land conversion of Rp 10,242,642 with a percentage increase in average income farmer 12.87% 2). The total Land Compensation Value (NGRL) received by farmers in Sungai rasau village is Rp 788,832,000 greater than the total Tax Object Selling Value (NJOP) of the sub-district of Rp 448,200,000 with a percentage difference of 43.18% 3). The total expected value of land that will be received by farmers in a matter of 30 is IDR 313,545,851, less than the revenue from NGRL which is IDR 788,832,000, meaning that farmers are more profitable to sell their land for the construction of the Betung Ship Toll Road Session II in the Village Sungai Rasau and based on a comparison of the income of converted land and NGRL that NGRL is able to cover converted land productivity for 36 years.
