Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lahat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lahat.
