Abstract

This research aims to study at production cost, profit and the effect of production costs on profits in the rattan handicraft industry in the Muara Tenang village, Pagar Alam city. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. To see the effect of production cost on profits using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research shows that the production costs is Rp 92.836.003 with a profit rate of the rattan craft industry was Rp 319.978.997. Probability value is 0.0000 < 0.05 meaning that production costs have a positive and significant relationship to profit of the rattan craft industry in Muara Tenang village, Pagar Alam city.
