Abstract

Pabrik vinil asetat monomer direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Cilegon-Banten. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 4 Ha dengan kapasitas 45.000 ton/tahun. Proses pembuatan vinil asetat monomer ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 9,045,413 B2 dibuat dari asam asetat, etilena dan oksigen pada fasa gas yang berlangsung di reaktor pada temperatur 150 oC dan tekanan 10 atm. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and staff , yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan 123 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik vinil asetat monomer dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan berdasarkan analisa ekinomi berikut: a) Biaya Produksi (TPC) : US $ 144,567,809.89 b) Hasil Penjualan (SP) : US $ 119,981,946.64 c) Annual Cash Flow : US $ 17,252,847.64 d) Pay Out Time : 2,43 tahun e) Rate Of Return : 49,16% f) Break Even Point : 33% g) Service Life : 11 tahun
