Abstract

Kinerja pegawai berperan penting dalam menentukan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja pegawai perlu dikelola dengan baik agar perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 66 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Employee performance plays an important role in determining company performance. Therefore, employee performance needs to be managed properly so that the company can achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang using a sample of 66 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work stress has a positive and significant effect, organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang.
