Abstract

This research entitled "Coordinate Analysis of Building Permit Creation (iMB) at the investment Office and One Stop Integrated Service (DPM-PTSP) of Palembang City". This study aims to find out how the coordination of making 1MB between DPM-PTSP with City Planning Agency of Palembang. The background of this research is the issuance of !MB exceeding the time limit specified and the technical team is not in one service place. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection by interview, documentation and observation. The theory used is the coordination toeri by George R. Terry, which consists of seven dimen.fions namely, information, communication and information technology; awareness of the imporlance of coordination; competence of participants; coordination agreement; acceleration of agreement; incentives and feedback. The results of this study indicate that the coordination is still not running well because the technical team of making iMB is not in one place of service and has a long bureaucralic flow. in addition there is a change in the settlement of the settlement time of making 1MB in DPM-PTSP Palembang from 15 working days to 43 10 151 working days. Changes occurred at the stage of field inspection (survey) conducted by the City Planning Office. So the results of this research analysis suggested the Department lo implement the service of making 1MB online or placing the City Planning officer who has the duty to check the file requirements 1MB applicants in DPM-PTSP Palembang, so tlwt applicants do not have to come to two offices in different places to get service.
