Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program PT. Arwana in empowering the community of Tanjung Pering Village, Ogan llir Regency. The population in this research is the entire community oof Tanjung Pering Village and the sample used for thiis research are 5 people. The time required to do this research for 10 ddays. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach because in this research want to know the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program PT. Arwana in empowering the community of Tanjung Pering Village. Analytical techniques in this study using data reduction, data presentation. and withdrawal conclusions. Based on lhc results of data analysis and discussion is known that most of the activities of companies that aim to improve the welfare of the community ngainst the existence of a company's development in the rural community is still a lot of shortcomings or potentials that have the potential to make the community better than ever.
