Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the mentoring program on achieving religious values of students in Public High School 14 Palembang. This research uses a quantitave approach. The population in this research amounted to 287 people and obtained sample of 30 people. This research uses random sampling technique. Data collection technique are obtained by using documentation technique and questionnare. The proven result of data analysis through linear regression, indicating that the school culture with student program mentoring on achieving religious values of students a siginificance value of .000. This number is smaller than the value of α, that is, α =.05 (significance 95%) or in other words sig, 000 < α = .05. Thus the research hypothesis which states "there is a significant influence between the mentoring program on achieving religious values pf students in public high school 14 Palembang" can be proven or in other words Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
