Abstract

This paper aims to determine the communication strategy both in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsiility (CSR) "Community Empowerment Program (Community Development) PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Limau Field. Research using qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data through in-depth interviews with the Assistant Manager, Staff CSR, Formalities & Government PT Pertamina EP and one representative of community ring region 1 that assistance. The secondary data in the form of literature, photographs or drawings, documentation, and reporting activities, Based on the analysis of research and field observations, we can conclude Results are so far measures the communication presented by Laswell which starts from the communicator, message, media, communicant, and the effect has been implemented. This is evident by the growing enthusiasm surrounding communities of the CSR programs, as well as the shift of public attitudes are becoming more concerned about the company
