Abstract

Reactive powder concrete adalah jenis beton berkinerja tinggi dengan porositas rendah. RPC menghilangkan pemakaian agregat kasar pada campurannya sebagai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kekompakkan, kestabilan komponen campuran, dan meminimalkan cacat internal pada material seperti ruang pori. Reactive powder concrete tersusun dari material seperti semen Portland (OPC), pasir kuarsa, tepung kuarsa, silica fume, air, superplasticizer, dan tanpa agregat kasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik reactive powder concrete berupa berat jenis, kuat tekan dan durabilitas dengan variasi W/C. Campuran ini memiliki tiga variasi yang terdiri dari variasi w/c. Variasi w/c yang digunakan antara lain 0,2, 0,23, dan 0,26 dengan perendaman sulfat selama 28 dan 56 hari. Standar ASTM digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengujian slump flow, setting time, kuat tekan. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan maksimum adalah 71,15 N/mm2 dengan w/c = 0,2 dengan kondisi tanpa perendaman. Hasil pengujian mikrostruktur yang memiliki kadar C-S-H terbanyak dan porositas terendah adalah W/C 0,2.
