The data processing process is carried out from the central party, where the presentation and dissemination of automatic data through the JKN Mobile application and the documentation structuring process is carried out in real-time with the help of the internet network. The environment/policy in the use of the Mobile JKN information system does not yet have a specific regulation, only a regulation that is the Regulation of the Board of Directors of BPJS Health Number 30 of 2017 which governs services.
